Part I · Consumer app terms

1. The service. Qurb is a map of offers from commercially-registered merchants. Offers take exactly two forms: buy-one-get-one, or a free item with any order. The app is entirely free for consumers — no fees, no subscription, no in-app payments, no wallet, no stored value.
2. Offers are the merchant's commitment. Each published offer is a commitment by the issuing merchant; Qurb is the display and verification layer. Redemption happens in person at the counter with a single-use code valid for 3 minutes. If a confirmed redemption is not honoured, a one-tap report is available from the receipt for 7 days; repeated reports suspend the merchant's offers automatically.
3. Offer limits. Every offer has a visible daily cap, total cap, and expiry date. "Sold out today" means the daily cap is reached; the offer returns the next day unless expired.
4. Fair use. Codes are personal and single-use. Abuse — replay attempts, impersonation, code manipulation — leads to account suspension.
5. Account. The account is a mobile number only, deletable self-service at any time from the Account screen. Data details are in the Privacy Policy.

Part II · Merchant subscription agreement

6. The frame. SAR 149 per month, flat. No commission on any sale. Cancel anytime. Published within 24 hours. Annual plan SAR 1490. Prices inclusive of VAT where applicable. Card statement descriptor: QURB APP RIYADH.
7. Verification gates visibility. No venue appears on the map before its commercial registration is verified via Wathq, and re-verification is periodic. A lapsed registration suspends visibility until restored; nothing is billed before first publication.
8. The composed offer. Offers are created by choosing one of the two shapes and naming one item; the final sentence is composed by the system. No percentage discounts, no prices, no free-form promotional text. The merchant honours every confirmed code within the offer's published limits.
9. Publication and expiry. New offers appear within 24 hours of approval. Maximum offer duration is 90 days with no auto-renewal; renewal is one step in the console.
10. Billing and cancellation. Billing starts at first actual publication. Payment is by card via a licensed Saudi payment provider; failed payment allows a 7-day grace period, after which offers are hidden until payment resumes. Cancellation is self-service and ends future billing.
11. Merchant-visible data. The console shows impression and redemption counts with no link to consumer identity; small counts are withheld for privacy. The platform makes no representation of commercial results.
12. General. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Changes are notified before taking effect; continued use constitutes acceptance. Contact: [email protected].
